Terms of Service

1. About OPDigits OPDigits is a digital solutions agency headquartered in the MENA region. We provide custom software development, CRM implementation, IT infrastructure, digital marketing, and OPReach, our self-serve platform for Facebook lead capture and phone matching, with OPDigits CRM planned as the connected follow-up workspace. These Terms govern your use of the OPDigits website (opdigits.com) and all paid or trial SaaS products operated by us. 2. Eligibility & Accounts You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any organisation you act on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, breaches local law, abuses the platform, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or billing controls. 3. Free Trials, Plans & Billing New accounts receive a 3-day free trial of OPReach. Paid plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, lifetime) renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown in USD at checkout; Egyptian customers may pay via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay with manual receipt upload, all other regions are charged via LemonSqueezy. Refunds for digital services are at our discretion and typically limited to billing errors raised within 14 days. 4. Acceptable Use of SaaS Tools OPReach matches submitted Facebook user IDs against a privately licensed Arab phone database and can receive comment data captured by its Chrome extension. You agree to use the matched data only for lawful, opt-in marketing or customer-relationship purposes that comply with the Meta Platform Terms, applicable telemarketing laws, and the data-protection laws of the jurisdictions you operate in. The OPReach Chrome extension may only be used to extract data from Facebook pages you own or have explicit permission to scrape — never for harassment, doxxing, mass spam, or to bypass Facebook's rate limits. The OPDigits CRM is provided for storing your own business contacts and customer interactions; you remain the data controller for everything you upload. 5. Plan Limits & Fair Use Each data plan has a clearly disclosed matched-ID credit balance. One Facebook ID with at least one matched phone consumes one credit, even when several phone numbers are returned; unmatched IDs consume no credit. Exhausting the balance may lock new matched results until credits are renewed or added. Coordinated attempts to bypass quotas — through multiple accounts, scripted abuse, or sharing credentials — are grounds for immediate termination without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All OPDigits branding, source code, datasets we license, and the wordmark belong to OPDigits or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the CRM or feed into our tools, but you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service. 7. Third-Party Platforms The OPReach web workspace and Chrome extension rely on Facebook / Meta surfaces and are governed by Meta's policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. If Meta changes its APIs or policies, the corresponding feature may be paused or modified; we'll communicate any material change. 8. Service Availability We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on paid plans but do not warrant uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, security patches, or model retraining with reasonable notice. 9. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPDigits' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 10. Changes & Governing Law We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by Egyptian law, with disputes resolved in the competent courts of Cairo unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Contact: legal@opdigits.com
